My Challenge
In the past 2 months I did a lot of planning of my personal and business goals for 2006. One of my personal goals is to lose 24 pounds - to go from 149 to 125.
To keep me motivated to lose weight I decided to create on online journal about it. In fact I recruited a few others who also wanted to get fit and we created a group Body Challenge. We're all following our own preferred diet plans and just posting about our progress, suggestions and diet strategies. We're into week 3 and so far I have lost 4 pounds! I KNOW I couldn't have done this without the accountability of knowing I had to post about it online. Of course I also have Troy who is encouraging and getting in his workouts too when we play raquetball 1-2 times a week.
